11:00 Seminar: For contestants families “What To Expect.”

7:00 – 10:00 Jam Session:

Artists are invited to sing one song. Guests are invited to come and enjoy the fellowship.

Contestants will be in rehearsal all day.

Attendees are welcome to join us for a “Give Back” day on the town.

7:00PM Finals for “The Sound of Small Town America”: $10 at the door

All events and/or times are subject to change.

1. Info Sheet-   PLEASE return this completed form to me ASAP. This will make sure we know who is coming to all events. It helps with head counts, schedules, and knowing where you will be sitting the night of the show if you are needed.  To clarify a couple things on that....

-All events on Monday and during the day on Tuesday are free to attend. You don't need a ticket, but please let us know if you think you can make it so we will have an idea of how many are coming. 

-The Finals of the "Sound of Small Town America" competition will be Tuesday night at the Troubadour in Nashville. The cost for that event will be $10 at the door. We have some amazing contestants competing. Please join us and help support these up and coming artists. 

2. Program Ad Contract-  I need to know if you are interested in an ad for the Program Book. The deadline for submission is quickly approaching. I am actually going to extend it a little from the dates on the contract. If you need us to complete your ad, please have everything to us by Wednesday, April 17th. If you will be sending us your ad already completed, please have that to us no later than Wednesday, April 24th. I know this is short notice and I apologize, but we do have a deadline to complete the book and get it printed in time for the show. 

3. Sponsorship letter-  We have opened the opportunity once again for you to sponsor the Awards we will be handing out at the Show. When sponsoring an award you will receive:

 -A full page ad in the program book 

-Your name listed in the program book with the Top 10 nominees in that category

-Your name printed on the graphic when the Top 5 is announced at the show

-Your name is called out when the award is given at the show

Please look over this letter and let us know if you are interested in sponsoring one of our awards this year. Again, deadlines for the Program book are quickly approaching!!

I truly apologize for sending the information out so late, but we wanted to make sure we had everything together before we started putting it out there to avoid as few changes as possible. As always please feel free to call or email if you have any questions. We are very proud of ALL of our Top 10 this year, and we look forward to seeing you at the Grand Ole Opry!!! It is going to be a great show!
